Just thought it would be good for everyone joining to add their hellos and greeting here in whatever form that might take. So feel free to follow me and add your 'Hi!' as a comment...

I'm a social press buying nut who is an avid Spurs fan and owns a Lambretta, a proper old one with mod apparel a plenty. Cheers!

Hello everyone! Just spoke with Jon and joined up for the site.
I'm from Florida and moved over to the UK last year. Enjoying it thus far but missing the sun desperately!

Hi guys,

newbie on social networks and naively tried to set up a planning group on facebook to realise there were already a bunch out there.

I hope they answer some of my objectives. So far I see a lot of chatting but little substance. Maybe it's just the familarization stage but I hope we can use this to better our international thinking.

I mean, we are all trying to develop communication that has a global impact, yet we don't seem to know much about countries out of our own. If I see one more "international/ local" ad for the middle-east with a camel I'm going to shoot someone.

See you soon.

I once worked on Camel Cigarettes, I hope that doesn't count...

Hi, I have about 8 days left to finish editing a book I am writing. Blogging & social networks are a constant sidetrack temptation (a bit like tidying up your room/desk when revising). Having said which happy to be here & look forward to getting to know you. When the book is done I will get back to the music studio which is full of old synthesisers which look like they are straight out of doctor who :J
ps to Arno's point I have never knowingly worked on something for the middle east featuring camels

Hi, new to this Ning group. Looks good, but slightly worried now by the sheer number of social networks that I am a part of!! Anyway, looking forward to being a part of this one...

My blog is probably the best place to get a sense of the stuff that interests me

I guess it all comes down to identifying where you can create the most "value" for yourself and the other members. I really like JC's initiative and hope that I can be instrumental in helping to grow this particular network over time.

Hello world.

Like Amelia, I'm on a lot of social networking sites now (how to keep track...eep).

Anyway, I can principally be found here:

Rambling rubbish most of it, but I like writing it..

Hello, What a good idea. I'm a news nut new to social networking, freelancing as a hack and broadcaster, living in north-west London with two stroppy daughters, and working on my fourth novel. It's good to be here:-)

Thought I'd bring this one back to the top as we have a raft of new Starz joining and this was buried in the Forum discussion pages. Great to see so many people from all over. Thanks.

Hi guys!

I've been in the UK for almost 10 years, working non-stop in digital marketing. Now run a viral marketing agency and like to play golf, watch footie (Fulham), and cook spanking good meals - when I can find the time...
