There is a debate to be had around social media - we all know it is here to stay, but what real impact does it have for companies. Obviously Skittles have made spalsh with their use of Social Media (
http://www.skittles.com) but for someone like us - a creative agency, is there really any benefit to have a facebook group?
It is the subject of fierce debate internally, and I'd like to see what others think
