Shiny Review: Nokia N82 "geotagging"

Bless them. The folks over at My Chemical Toilet/Brandish appear to have never seen a reall phone before. What possible other explanation could there be for them getting so excited over this *do that stupid bunny ears with your fingers thing* geotagging? Still, it makes for good video fun. And Isabelle does an impression of a monkey, which is never a bad thing...

Darth Vadar and R2D2 USB hubs for the Star Wars enthusiast in you

starwars_usb_hubs.jpg Fans of the force have been treated to so much Star Wars themed computer gadgetry over the years that by now their desks should be absolutely brimming with George Lucas gear. If this describes you, you'd better make some room on your desk for one of these bad boys. Clearly not your typical USB hubs, the R2D2 and Darth Vadar USB hubs are what some would deem cool personified (by some, I mean the geeks). For more info and to see one in action see after the jump.

Guess who's cancelling their noise courtesy of Sony

simon_pegg.jpg Not much of a clue with this one, so I've left Jeremy Clarkson in the picture to give you an idea of the calibre of guests. My other clues include the fact that his father was a jazz musician and keyboard salesman (!), he's godfather to Apple Paltrow-Martin (!!) and is best friends with David Schwimmer (!!!). According to Wikipedia...

Geek Chic of the Week: Maths camp

maths camp.jpg There comes a warm glow with knowing that you *get it*. Let's pretend that if anyone on the street saw this t-shirt, they'd raise one eyebrow and look questionably at you. Imagine the glee of being able to explain this GCSE level maths equation to them (we'll ignore the fact that we're all taught the big crocodile mouth eating the smaller number in primary school. And the fact that we don't really have things like 'maths camp' in the UK).
